Air pollution is one form of environmental pollution. This has affected the living of biological agents on the earth. There are many reasons behind it. However, vehicles, growing industries, and cities, developmental works are some of them.
The numbers of vehicles are increasing in the world today. They emit harmful gases like Carbon Monoxide. When such gases get into the clean air, the quality of the air gets damaged. These gases poison the entire atmosphere and finally deplete the natural gas called ozone layers.
The gases coming out from the factories are dangerous. The industries are mushrooming. The machinery in the industries emits harmful gases which affect our lives here. Refrigerators, computer chips, fan tablets produce chlorofluorocarbon (CFCs) which damages the ozone layer. The ultraviolet rays of the sun fall on the living creatures. We suffer as a result, from eye cataracts, skin cancer, and asthma. The acid rain destroys the total ecology of the organism here. - :
Many developmental works also reduce the quality of air. For example, the construction of roads thickens the level of clean air and consequently, we suffer from respiratory problems. Similarly, such development projects destroy the earth's forests. The reduction of the green forest accelerates air pollution. The construction of houses, bridges, factories, and hospital, one way or the other, promote air pollution.
Thus, to live a healthy living on the earth we need to control air pollution by using limited vehicles, minimizing industrial products like refrigerators, and adopting sustainable development programs. We know we can do this, we must do this but what we lack is wisdom and action.
