S.N Conference S.N Meeting
1. Conference is an event that is organized for profit or non-profit organisation to discuss the matter or the passing issues. 1. Meeting generally refers to an assembly of people that has a specific purpose. Meetings are generally intended to some formal or informal discussions.
2. It may last for few hours to several weeks. 2. It may last for few minutes to few hours.
3.  Its aim is to impart knowledge, skills and to share  thought and views. 3. Its aim is to discuss the topics and also share ideas and thoughts.
4. It is held in large scale. 4.  Generally held in smaller scale.
5. Pre-Planning is mandatory. 5. Pre- Planning may or may not be required.

S.N Meeting Conference
1. Meeting has a less number of people. The number of members in the meeting is limited. The conference holds as a mass, i.e, a large number of people. It is open to all.
2. It is regular in nature. It is occasional.
3. It is organized by an office usually to solve organizational problems or to make rules and regulations for day to day operations. It is organized by political parties, religious institutions, and big companies to inform current situations.
4. Each member has a right to discuss the agenda so as to come to a decision. Only few selected experts speak about the subjects and all others listen.
5. A prior notice of agenda, venue, date, and time is given usually through written means of communications like letter or circular. A prior notice of agenda, venue, date, and time is given through mass media like TV, radio, newspaper, or loudspeaker.
