The Most Exciting Event fo My Life
I visited Chitwan national park last week. It was an exciting event in my life so far. We were five friends reunited after we left out school. Interestingly, it was our first visit to a national park as such. We stayed in a hotel that was almost packed with foreign tourists. So we had to accommodate ourselves in a double-bedded single room. It was early in the morning; we went for a jungle safari. There, we saw one-horned rhino, monkeys, beer, and so many birds. Among them, one was a Giant Horn Bill.
It was unique and exciting to see furious wild animals from inside the jeep. AS we were warned not to blow horns in the jungle, some animals like monkeys jumped over the roof of our jeep. We were moving deeper into the jungle, suddenly our jeep stopped. "Oh no!" jeep exclaimed the driver wrangling his hands. It had a flat tire. We all had to come out of the jeep and help him fix the spare tire. we were taking selfies of ourselves and posting them to other friends via Facebook and Instagram. As we were almost done with our job I heard a roaring sound. It sounded to be very near to the Jeep. We were staggering with fear as the jeep was not getting started. The driver asked to lock ourselves inside the jeep, and hide under the seats. And we did so. Finally, the tiger appeared in front of the jeep, stared at it for a while, and left. Thank god! We breathed and moved forward.
We took some wild fruits like berry during the safari; saw two lakes inside that jungle that bore ecological importance as well as the natural beauty that we enjoyed a lot. This trip was the most exciting event in my life so far. It not only connected us with nature but also taught me and my friends the coexistence between human beings and animals and also made a strong bond among the five of us. The busy life in the Kathmandu valley remained faint at least for few days. My friends were highly affected by the event and wished to visit the park again. The excitement during our jungle safari was the most exciting part of our visit.
