What types of manpower plan needs to be made to raise Nepal in the level of developed countries?

Human resource refers to the work force, skill or knowledge required to perform a work in any organization.
Four Manpower plans to raise our country in the level of developed countries are
- Emphasis on Technical Education: The education system of the country should aim to produce doctor, engineer, lawyer, pilot, agricultural specialist, trained teacher, etc who can offer special contribution in various sectors of development.
- Emphasis on Free Education: The government schools and universities of the country should make provision of free education. It should also ensure that the students can study the subject of their interest.
- Establishment of Training Centers: Skill generating training centers should be established in every district to those who cannot get success in achieving educational degrees. Such training centers should produce manpower who can contribute in different sectors like agriculture, tourism, industry, trade, infrastructures, etc.
- Increment in Employment Opportunity: The manpower produced in the country should be given opportunity to work in different sectors like agriculture, tourism, hydro power, infrastructures of development, etc by expanding them throughout the country.
