Ram raja prasad singh is considered as historical personality of Nepali communist movement. He had the opinion that all the communists parties divided for various reasons should be united. He was the only leader with the pure ideology of communism. He was the active leader of janabadi morcha. His role in ending the monarchy and establishing republic is considered very important. The bombs blast of 6th ashad 2042 was under his leadership. He was sentenced capital punishment after this incident. But before he was given the punishment, Panchayat system ended and multiparty democracy was restored in 2046 BS. So, his punishment was automatically dismissed. He was the candidate of president from CPN after the establishment of Republic in Nepal. However, He was defeated by Dr. Ram baran Yadav of Nepali congress.

Though he is no more in this earth, his contribution in the political history of Nepal shall live long.
