Four plans made for Human Resource Development in our country Nepal.

  1. Plan based on Inclusive Principle: Plan has been made to promote different class, gender, disabled, dalit, indigenous citizens, etc to policy making level. Women, dalit, janajati, madhesi, physically challenged, people from backward community, etc are provided special opportunity in civil service as well as other governmental services.


  2. Provision of Proportionate Election System: Efforts are being made to promote women, dalit, disabled, indigenous groups, etc to the mainstream of politics by implementing the principle of proportionate election system.


  3. Provision of practical/technical education: Efforts are made to provide technical education so that Nepalese people can become competent. Government as well as private sectors have invested a lot of amount for establishing educational institutes and training centers throughout the country.


  4. Free Education: Policy of making free education in government school is implemented. There is also provision of providing scholarship to the hard working students as well as the students from backward community. Technical education operated in different parts of the country and the training centers are also under the same plan.
