What is Sustainable Development? What things should be considered while launching projects based on the concept of sustainable development?

Sustainable Development is the development work carried out without depleting the nature is called sustainable development.

Things should be considered for sustainable development:

1	Emphasis planned development	Proper plan should be made while launching development projects. Drainage, sewage, drinking water, electricity, optical fiber, gas pipe, road construction, industrial sited, etc should be well managed.
2.	Environment friendly development plans	Development works should be launched focusing to reduce smoke, Emphasis should be given in dust etc controlling excessive noise, managing sewage and drainage and increasing natural beauty.
3.	.Promotion of public participation	Maximum priority should be given for the participation of local people in development works. The local people should be given chance to invest and participate in the development projects. It makes projects economic and they will be complete in time as well. The responsibility of the protection of project also should be given to the local people.
4	Attention in the need of future generation.	The proper use of natural resources today can only ensure the future generation to use them. Therefore, means and resources should be used in a way to guarantee the future generation to get and utilize them for their betterment.
