  • To provide pure drinking water to the residents of kathmandu valley.
  • To solve the acute shortage of drinking water in ktm valley.
Benefits/ Advantages of the project
  • Daily 25 crore litre of drinking water will be supplied to kathmandu valley.
  • It minimizes the acute shortage of drinking water in the valley.
  • It even creates employment opportunity to the local people.

  • Rupees 8,00 crore

  • The project was lunched in 2047 BS and is expected to be completed by the end of the year 2079 BS.
