Mention the constitutional provision made to promote women’s rights in Nepal.

Constitutional provision for the promotion of Women's Right's in Nepal : 

• There is a provision of separate constitutional body i.e National Women Commission in the constitution of Nepal - 2072 to work for the rights, freedom and welfare of the women. 
• Citizenship certificate can be obtained in the name of mother. 
• Women are involved in all the state affairs based on the principle of proportional and inclusive participation. 
• Equal rights on parental property
• More issues related to women rights are included in the fundamental rights like right to equality, right to social justice, women's right, right to social security, etc. 
• Every political party should ensure at least 33% women's participation during the nomination of the candidate in the election. 
• No women can be indiscriminate on the ground of gender
• There is provision of reservation of seat for women in civil service
• there is provision of social security allowance for economically poor, disabled and widow women.
