1. Federal Executive also refers to the Central Government. Provincial Executive also refers to the Provincial Government.
2. There will be only one Central Government in the Capital of the Country. There will be Seven Provincial Governments in the Capital of each province.
3. The political party which gets majority in the election of House of Representatives forms the Central Government. The political party which gets majority in the election of Provincial Assembly forms the Provincial Government.
4. The President appoints the leader of the Political Party with majority of seats in the House of Representatives as the Prime Minister. Similarly, other members of the Council of ministers appointed on the recommendation of the Prime minister. The Provincial Head appoints the Leader of the Political party with majority of seats in the Provincial Assembly as the Chief minister. Similarly, other ministers of Provincial Government appointed on the recommendation of the Chief minister.
