Constituent Assembly is a method of constitution-making /writing. It is also known as Citizen's Assembly to write the constitution. The constituent assembly is the assembly to write the constitution in 'Popular Will' of the people. It is the outcome of a democratic movement. Because it enjoys broad public participation. It acquires the status of the democratic practice of constitution-making.
