A country is divided into multiple geographic divisions made on the basis of ethnic, racial, natural, ecological, or economic basis. If development is carried out in such a planned way that there is justice in the distribution of state resources to all the regions in a balanced way. Such development is referred to as balanced regional development. Nepal is ecologically divided into mountains hills and Terai regions. Similarly, it is politically divided into seven provincial regions. The state resources like natural resources distribution and financial resources should be allocated to all the regions according to the principle of equity. It assures justice to all people living in every corner of the nation.
