Justify that the use of solar energy should be increased rather than coal and mineral.
1 Answer
The solar energy falling on one square meter of the earth surface is about 640 joules per second. Out of which, some part falls on the surface in the form of light and remaining part in the form of heat. This much amount of energy is falling continuously so we must use it wisely. Thus solar energy is better than coal and mineral oil by the following reasons.
- Solar energy is renewable source of energy and it is unlimited but coal and mineral oil are non renewable source of energy which may finish in near future.
- By the use of solar energy there will not be pollution but use of coal and minmeral pollute the environment while burning.
- solar energy is falling continuously and we can use it in every second but coal and mineral take millions of years to form again when finished.
