Energy crisis is mainly due to excessive use of non renewable source of energy.So if we use energy sources which are in replacement for non renewable source the are renewable source of energy that never finish. Hence , alternative sources of energy is the right solution of energy crisis. 

The best possible solution is to reduce the world's dependence on non-renewable resources and to improve overall conservation efforts. Much of the industrial age was created using fossil fuels, but there is also known technology that uses other types of renewable energies – such as steam, solar, and wind.Hydropower and wood were the most used renewable energy resources until the 1990s. ... Renewable energy can play an important role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Using renewable energy can reduce the use of fossil fuels, which are the largest sources of U.S. carbon dioxide emissions.
