primary voltage V1 = 220 V

number of turns of secondary coil n2 = ? 

number of turns in primary coil n1 = 500 

secondary voltage = 50 V 

we know that, 

= \(\frac{v_2}{v_1}=\;{\textstyle\frac{n_2}{n_{1\;}}}\)

= \(\frac{50}{220}=\;{\textstyle\frac{n_2}{500\;}}\)

= \(\frac{25000}{220}=\;n_2\)

=113.63

Hence number of turns in secondary coil of the given step down transformer is 113.63 that is 114
