My favorite game is football. Football is the most famous game in the world. In football there are eleven players in each team and two teams that compete with each other. Among the players , goalkeeper play a vital role in gaining victory to the team. There are extra Referee and other two assistant referee who play vital role in football, they are usually on the side watching the game. Referee make sure that the both team play the game by rules and its a fair play. 

Football is a disciplined game and is very exciting. Our footballers from Nepal have always earned a good name even in international games. SAFF games is a very famous competition in Asian countries. Nepalese footballers are famous there too. FIFA is the world championship game wherein all countries of the world participate. It is the biggest tournament for football in the world. It happens once in every four years.

The game of football requires big play ground with two goal post. The team that scores the post goals becomes the winner of the game. There is time limit of 90 minutes in football and in 45 minutes there is break. In the break the teams change their goal post. The football ground is always played with grass as the players can fall during game. In case of equal goals or no goals the time for the game is extended. 

There are certain rules to protect the players and keep the game fair. All players are expected to follow the rules. Everyone plays the game in true sportsmanship. National and international player of football play football as their main career until they retire. They are famous world wide an even get brand endorsements. 

This game is exciting and systematic, yet we never know which is going to win. As exciting as it is to play, to watch is also very exciting. This is why football is my favorite game.
