Forest are the main natural resources of Nepal. A forest is part of the land where trees and plants grow thickly and close to one another. So of the forest in the world areas old as the human kind. The forest are the natural flora and rich in fauna. They are integral part of the ecosystem and very important to have balance in nature. 

Forest in Nepal habitat many fauna and flora biodiversity. They are the main attraction center in Nepal. In tourism industry forest of Nepal are an asset. They balance the environment and population in world .Forest should be kept safe to keep earth and its biodiversity safe. 

Forests are used in many ways in humans life and community. Starting from the wood supply that we get from forest to the houses we build and living shelter for animals it provides , the forest has endless use. Forest make the environment pollution free and beautiful .It is also important for our mental and physical health. A forest is also a source of herbal medicine. It also has flourished tourist. The forest has given rise to many important industries like paper making, match and rubber industries. 

There are five kinds of forest in Nepal:

• Sub tropical evergreen forest. 
• Temperature deciduous forest.
• Temperature coniferous forest
• Alpine vegetation
• Tundra vegetation

The present condition of forests  in Nepal is not very good, Population is growing rapidly. They cut down the trees and destroy the jungle for cultivation, settlement, pasture etc. As green forest is the wealth f Nepal.This cutting down of trees should be stopped. People should be taught the importance of forest. The government should make strict rules and regulation for protecting the forest.
