Both man and women are equally important to move the world. They are known as the two wheels of the cart. In spite of extremely important role of woman in the society, in the context of Nepal, Woman are treated like second class citizen. They are dominated by the men. Women are exploited in Nepal. Women in modern era are allowed to work if the family gives them permission to but a working woman is expected to earn money and do all household chores at the same time. 

They are expected to look after the husbands family and leave their own family and in return there is no such rule for the man. Women are considered to be a good wife if they obey their husbands and family. Women even if they go to school at a certain age they are expected to take n household duties and make them their priorities. 

Nature has created men and women to compliment each other and equally important for life. Both are born in the same way but raised differently in society. Women must be treated respectfully and equally .She has rights as much as of the man. Her position in family and in life should be secured.She must be treated as human not as an ornament for patriarchal so-cities wishes. Woman should have access to education and better life.They must have the right to choose the path of their life. 

We must understand that women rights are human rights. Rights are basic requirement to develop our personality. In absence of practicing our right we might never know who we might have been. The government should ease the process for Women to practice their right by bringing in policies and laws in favor of Women rights. Women should be made aware and be educated about their rights, so that they can stand up for themselves. Women voice should be heard in all areas of life including politics, which is where the laws are formed. 

Finally, we can conclude that the women's position in the society should be raised. They should get their rights. Otherwise our society and nation will never succeed nor develop.
