Neutophyll , eosinophyll and basophill  are granular leukocyte. Similarly , lymphocyte and monocyte are non granular leukocyte.

Granular leukocytes, also called granular or granulated white blood cells, contain granules in their cytoplasm. ... Agranular leukocytes, also called agranular or agranulated white blood cells, usually lack these granules.A type of immune cell that has granules (small particles) with enzymes that are released during infections, allergic reactions, and asthma. Neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils are granular leukocytes. A granular leukocyte is a type of white blood cell. Also called granulocyte, PMN, and polymorphonuclear leukocyte. The nongranular  leukocytes is a leukocyte without specific granules in the cytoplasm, including lymphocytes and monocytes. Called also agranular leukocytes.

Types of Leukocytes
  • There are five distinct classes of leukocytes (white blood cells) that coordinate to provide defence against infectious disease: Neutrophils.
  • Eosinophils.
  • Basophil.
  • Monocyte.
  • Lymphocyte.
  • Prevalence of Leukocytes.
