Rocks are the solid hard mass of the crust. It is categorized by the minerals included, its chemical composition and the way in which it is formed. The rocks are found in top soil and ferile soil. Large piece of rocks are found in hilly and mountain region. Rocks may go weathering it means rock is breaking of due to heat, water, etc. Due to mechanical and chemical actions, the rocks may be broken into finer particles.these fine particles use to make sand.
The uses of rocks are:
- For making ornaments like gold, Diamond, silver etc.
- Flags ans slans are used in roofing purpose.
- Used in construction of the road, building and bridges.
- Used to block the river and canal banks for prevent the floading.
- Marble are used to flooring in building and other purpose.
