Once the prime minister of Nepal paid an official visit to England and attended the party at PM's house there. Surprised by his living. the Nepali PM inquired how the former made such a huge building. then. pointing to the nearby bridge. England's prime minister told his counterpart that he saved a little bit money. from its construction. Nepali prime minister just nodded his head. After two years, England's prime minister visited  Nepal. In the party, he asked how the Nepali PM made such a huge building the same question that he was asked by England's PM. the Nepali prime minister, pointing to the nearest bridge, asked his counterpart if he had seen it. the P.M. from England replied that he hadn't seen anything there. then the Nepali P.M. told him that the shopping bridge should have been in that place. the English prime minister laughed.
