People with higher or technical education or people who are trained or experienced in some specific fields despite their higher education are called skilled manpower. There is a close relationship between skilled manpower and employment opportunity An educated person gets job faster than an uneducated. A person with technical education can earn more than a person with only theoretical education. Such people don't have to search for employment opportunity; rather employers are in search of such manpower. A trained person can get job faster than a person without any skill. Despite higher education/ degree, a trained person in certain field can easily find good job even in the international labor ,market. we can take the example of china and japan. china and japan completed the development works in not more than twenty years for which many countries had spent about a century. The main reason behind this is the production of skilled manpower in a country. Those who could study received technical education and those who could not received skill generating training in these countries. As a result, all the youths became skilled. After that, the government focused in the construction of infrastructures. people themselves created employment opportunities by establishing industries. Thousand of youths got employment in these industries. Because of the same, today these countries have reached the apex of development. So it can be said that skilled manpower and employment opportunity are indegral part of development.
