Weightlessness is a sensation when any object falling freely under the action of gravity experiences no weight of its own. It is also commonly called as Zero-G. Weightless can happen when a body is falling freely under the act of gravity or when an object is completely out of earth's gravitational field like in space station and earth's orbit.
Weightless also occur when
- There is no resultant force acting on a body
- uniform gravity acts solely by itself.
