The government or the company may not have all the money required for investment. IPO is released by such companies to general public Rs.100 is to be paid to buy one share. All the demanded shares may not be obtained. Because people interested to invest are more in number. Since share is to be distributed to all, one may get few numbers of shares. A person gets profit in the ratio of the profit of that company. One can sell the share to other after the company is enlisted in NEPSE (Nepal stock Exchange). Likewise, if the company gains profit, good amount of profit can be gained through share transaction.
