Short answer is Yes!
Normally you choose your dream car form your dream brand. Before making purchase you get license from Nepal government and then you can make payment via wire transfer (Bank transfer), or any other digital forms of payment if seller accepts. Then your vehicle is shipped to your destination. Now in the customs (भन्सार) you need to fulfill some paper works, pay tax around 200% of the original price of the vehicle.
