Respected teachers and my dear friends.

I would like to thank the host of this program for giving me a chance to take part in this speech competition I would like keep some of my views with the permission of you all.

People who are highly educated or skilled, trained and experienced in some works are called skilled manpower. Thinking to develop a country without skilled manpower is like planning fish farming without water. A country cannot develop only with the natural resources until there are skilled manpower to produce utilities by utilizing those resources. The people of the country who make planning of mega project or those who work at lower level to implement those planing need to be skilled.

We can the example of china and Japan. China an japan completed the development works is not more the twenty years for which many countries had spent about a century. The main reason behind this is the production of skilled manpower in a country. Those who could study received technical education and those who could not received skilled generating training in these countries. A a result, all the youths became skilled. After that the government focused in the construction of infrastructures. People themselves created employment opportunities by establishing industries. Thousands of youths got employment in these industries. Because of the same, today these countries have reached the apex of development.

At last i would like to repeat that the skilled manpower are the strong pillars of the development of the country as well as the effective means to utilize the natural resources. That's why it is said that the development of  country id not possible without skilled manpower.
