We have, Work done (W) = force applied (F) × distance moved by the force (d)

Again, power at which the box was displaced (P) = (work done) / (time taken)
= \(\frac{W}{d}\)
= \(\frac{400}{2}\)
= 200 Watt
Hence, the work done is 400 Joules and the power is 200 Watt.
