Healthy Food and Lifestyle tips

There are several health challenges in Nepal. Being one of the poorest countries Nepal has always faced tough time while sorting out health problems. High infant mortality rate, diarrhoea, road accidents, malnutrition  poor health services and many common health problems are still thriving here. In this situation it is always better to be health conscious and being healthy changes in lifestyle. Below are few tips which will decrease your frequency of hospital visits and keeps you far from chronic and fatal diseases.

  1. Eating different foods everyday
  2. Enough carbohydrates on a regular diet.
  3. Say no to unsaturated fats.
  4. Fresh & organic fruits and vegetables.
  5. Limit salt and sugar in daily diet.
  6. Develop frequent, regulated eating habits.
  7. Plenty filtered or boiled water supply.
  8. Maintain average Body Mass Index (BMI).
  9. Include exercise on daily routine.
  10. Start from today! And feel the change gradually.
